APPOINTMENT GENERAL INFO

1Do I have to come into your office for an appointment?
You can consult with me via telephone, videoconferencing, or in office.
2Do I have to live locally to use your services?
No, regardless of where you are in the world, my services are available via, telephone and videoconferencing. Shipment of supplements are limited to USA shipping addresses only.
3What are your office hours?
Office hours are by appointment ONLY between the hours of 9AM-7PM M-F. Appointment times are also available for telephone and video conferencing.
4What if I experience technical difficulties during my videoconferencing call?
To be considerate of your time reserved for the appointment, if technical difficulties are not quickly resolved the appointment will continue over the phone unless you request to reschedule and wait until another time when the videoconference can take place without technical difficulties (no additional charges will be incurred).

PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS

1Do you take insurance for your services?
No, for your convenience you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards for your services.
2When are payments for services due?
All appointments require a minimum of a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be subtracted from the total price of 1st appointment. You will receive an emailed invoice for balance due that must be paid by 8 AM the morning of your appointment. Any unpaid balances will automatically be rescheduled. Timely payments result in guaranteed appointments.
3What if I need to cancel my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment at any time up to 48 hrs. prior to existing scheduled time and reschedule it for another time that is more convenient for you without incurring any additional fees. All cancellations made less than 24 hours are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
4Is there a refund on appointments?
A-la-carte appointments are non-refundable, in the event of a cancellation, funds will be applied to future appointments.
5Is there a refund on the products?
Detox products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact office directly prior to returning to receive a return authorization code.
6Can I get a refund on any appointments I don’t use in the package plan?
This is available for the Plus & Platinum Packages ONLY, if at any time you decide you are not happy with the services a prorated refund will be given for remaining time and any unused appointments left in your package minus a $75 convenience fee.

SHIPPING

1Is there a cost for shipping?
No, standard shipping is free on all detox products.
2How long does it take to receive products?
Usually, 4-6 business days
3Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, because standard shipping is free on products, expedited prices will vary on weight of the order. Please call the office directly at 404-585-1561 to place an order if you require Next-Day or 2-Day expedited shipping.
4Do you ship outside of the United States?
No

PACKAGE PLANS

1Can I upgrade my package services to another plan?
Yes, monies paid will be deducted from the upgraded price.
2Is there an expiration on my appointments from when I purchase the package?
No
3Can I still purchase a holistic consulting service package after my comprehensive assessment?
Yes, the amount you paid for your comprehensive assessment will be deducted from you total package price and you will owe the balance.
4Is there a cut off date to purchase a package?
Yes, if you are adding a package to an existing service, package must be purchased prior to or during your first follow-up appointment.

EMAILS & INTAKE FORMS

1Is there a limit to the amount of emails I can send to “Ask Dr. T”?
There is no limit to emails, if it is multiple emails for the same condition, a follow-up appointment may be needed instead of more email correspondences. Dr. T reserves the right at any time to recommend an actual appointment in lieu of further email correspondences regarding any condition.
2How soon should I expect an emailed response?
No, you can create an ID and password to save your information and continue where you left off when you return. Intake forms must be completed submitted within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
3How soon do I have to submit my comprehensive assessment intake form?
Forms should be completed ASAP but must be submitted 24 hours prior to your appointment, otherwise your appointment will be automatically rescheduled. Please DO NOT wait until the last minute to complete this form.
4How long does it take to complete the comprehensive assessment client intake form?
Allot 45-60 minutes to complete the form in its entirety.
5How long does it take to complete the client intake form for the detoxification consult?
Allot 15-20 minutes
6Is the information I share on this site secured?
